Celia Grannum, Goodbye Saturn - One scream, a reminder, that this could all end in an instant. All unnecessary thoughts ceased. The incessant chatter silenced. A clear, quiet mind. Feet planted firmly on the ground. Today is a good day to die (Evolution). Sara Crow & Co, Something Outside - Thrown together to contemplate the lethal ordinariness of their lives, a couple search to break free. Insightful characterisation and physically compelling movement make for a beautiful piece of dance-theatre (First Footing). Influx Dance, Company, Malleus Maleficarum (Joanne Willmott) - Accuse, arrest, convict, execute - the 'Witch-craze.' A chilling and powerful anthem to those women persecuted, celebrating their strength and dignity. Cello score played by Emily Cavey and Anna Beryl (First Footing).
