We were shocked when we discovered that we haven't done a Dance in a Day event for nearly 5 years - so as it's about time we did! This will be a day of hard work and challenges as you start from scratch to make a piece of work that your friends and family will come to see in the evening. The day will be led by the wonderful people from Highly Sprung Performance Company (a physical theatre company based in Coventry) who are guaranteed to give you an exciting and energetic day of making and performing contemporary dance and physical theatre.
