'Duel' is about two people revealing their competitive nature. Performed in Protein's idiosyncratic movement style and pink seventies shirts, the piece draws its inspiration from everyday life and transforms normality into imaginary, absurd scenes. In 'The Last Sleep' the life of a couple slips into a bizarre staging of old stories and peculiar rites about birth and death. The childish experience of the intangible turns their life into a mystification and denial of morality and decay - while time is running on.
