Will Mossop is a humble shoemaker, whose talent could take him far - if only someone would push him firmly in the right direction. The girl for the job is headstrong Maggie Hobson, who's learning to play by the rules - and win - in a man's world. And then there's Henry - Maggie's father, completely flummoxed by a younger generation every bit as stubborn as himself!
