Set to Shechter's throbbing percussive score, this dynamic production plays with the idea of masculinity, exploring brotherhood and friendship, and is considered by many to be his breakthrough work. The Art of Not Looking Back (2009) is inspired by and made for the world-class female dancers of Hofesh Shechter Company.
