Formed in 1996 by one of Britain's foremost colleges for the performing arts, London Studio Centre's Jazz Dance Company provides performing and touring experience for its final year students specialising in Jazz Theatre Dance. Many members of the company have had extensive professional experience in the commercial theatre. A lively programme of diverse jazz dance styles ranging from modern street dance and the rhythmic complexity of tap, to the sensuality and lyricism of contemporary jazz. Amongst their leading choreographers is Kevan Allen, who has worked with Kylie Minogue and Hear' Say.
