Former principle dancer with London Contemporary Dance Theatre and Rambert Dance Company, Sheron Wray and her company of six dancers collaborate with renowned Jazz musician Julian Joseph and his Jazz quartet in
Calling Yemaja. Their shared passion for Afro-Cuban culture lays the rich foundation for this London premiere. The evening also includes
Bare Hands Broad Feet commissioned by the Royal Festival Hall for Blitz '98, and
Rhythm in Time featuring live Jazz drumming.
