Watch our Family Portrait unfold before your eyes. Love, humour, frustration, dysfunction and harmony. Portraits of our past will tell you a multitude of stories. So close our whirling energy will brush against your skin. Family Portrait is a new dance work directed by Leila McMillan and created in collaboration with 7 dancers, a musician/composer and a team of designers. Developed using Flying Low and Passing Through techniques, this work takes you through a constellation of portraits, exploring our heritage and whom we consider our 'family'. Family Portrait is supported by the National Lottery, through Arts Council England, Greenwich Dance, London Contemporary Dance School and Muxima.
