Formerly Diversions The MATINEE performance is tailored to a younger audience and features a question and answer session at the end of the performance where the children can speak to the dancers. This autumn at The Hafren, National Dance Company Wales presents an exciting programme of dance by three celebrated world choreographers: Christopher Bruce, Itzik Galili and Stephen Petronio. Together they have created an evening of inspiring work that is humorous, dramatic and demanding, all performed by an extraordinarily talented group of international dancers. Bruce's new work Dream is a light-hearted tribute to the 2012 Olympic Games, while Galili's The Grammar Of Silence is edgy, dark and spellbinding. The programme is completed by Petronio's beautiful By Singing Light which is a timeless classic and a signature piece for National Dance Company Wales.
