Water Stories/Purlieus/Mythology

Water Stories - Stephen Petronio premieres his latest creation for NDCWales, with music from Grammy-winning composer Atticus Ross, who created the score for The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, and original visual design from Matthew Brandt. Purlieus - This beautiful and awe-inspiring work created in collaboration with lighting designer Joe Fletcher explores the relationship between movement, light and animation to create an immersive experience for both performer and audience. Mythology - Stephen Shropshire's thought-provoking piece is a mesmerising work complemented by Frederic Rzewski's Coming Together, an avant-garde composition for piano, jazz ensemble and spoken word.
