American based dance company. Silver Lining is a full-length showcase tribute to legendary American composer Jerome Kern, creating an infectious sense of movement that will make you want to get up and dance. Act 1 evokes the nostalgia of 1920s vaudeville, concentrating on Kern's earlier, lighter songs, including Harlem Boogie-Woogie and Can't Help Lovin' Dat Man. Act II recreates the sophisticated and exuberant spirit of 1930s American musical theatre, when the Ziegfeld Follies and Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers were all the rage.
