Following last year s critically acclaimed Declarations, internationally renowned Phoenix Dance Theatre return to Brunton Theatre with their latest exciting show. Marking three decades of outstanding dance by the company, the evening opens with Richard Wherlock s stylish, sensual and vibrant Switch. Philip Taylor s What It Is is a sultry, playful take on love and sexuality set to a mesmerising Amy Winehouse soundtrack. This is followed by audience favourite Pave Up Paradise, Ben Duke and Raquel Meseguer s sexy but tongue in cheek retelling of the story of Adam and Eve. The evening finishes with another chance to see Aletta Collins Maybe Yes Maybe, Maybe No Maybe, a hilarious modern Phoenix classic which blends movement and voices through a live microphone to create an unforgettable piece of dance theatre.
