An outdoor spectacular showcasing local talent and groups involved in the Newport Dance program run and managed by Rubicon and funded through Newport Arts Development. Following the success of last year s ?Flashmob event during Discover Dance 2010, this year will see a Pop-up performance, in which over 300 performers will be showing off their talents that they ve learnt.
