Premiere performance of work by Wales based (dancer) Paul Davies and (visual artist) Maria Hayes with Portuguese artists Sandra Moreira and Pedro Carneiro. A visual artist draws live dance. A composer generates a field of sound. Dancers reveal the motion of images, weaving three art forms into one. Emerging narratives play between the conversations of tone, line and colour. Skin Deep is the story of living on the edge of the land, of finding our feet on the earth and our hands in the sea. Funded by The Arts Council of Wales and Visiting Arts.
