Independent radio producer Roger Elsgood and audio artist Robin Rimbaud (aka Scanner) present a one-day event investigating radio culture, production and consumption. 15:00 sees a workshop presentation by ex-BBC producer Piers Plowright and BBC Radiophonics sound designer John Hunt digital technology and quality radio. At 17:15 is an In the Dark presentation of Anne Michaels 'Fugitive Pieces'. At 19:15 is Sue Robert's version of Jean Cocteau's 'The Human Voice' celebrated wordless drama 'Sleeptalking'. At 20:30 is the public debate with panel Piers Plowright, Jeremy Mortimer, Anne Karpt, Peter Lewis, John Hunt and Robin Rimbaud. Followed by a special Radio Electronic Lounge. The ICA's New Media Centre will be on line for the reception of internet radio stations.
