T0620104164Following on from the dramatic success of INSIDE OUT 2007 and its programme of extraordinary events in extraordinary places, comes VELES E VENTS, a spectacular large-scale outdoor performance. veles_e_vents Presented at Bowleaze Cove, overlooking the London 2012 Games sailing course in Weymouth Bay, Veles e Vents celebrates the launch of the CULTURAL OLYMPIAD in Dorset. Inspired by both the beauty and the force of the sea, this special event has been created by acclaimed Spanish artists XARXA TEATRE, who have been performing stunning open-air theatre for 25 years in over 30 countries worldwide. Local young people from Poole, Bournemouth and Weymouth have also been involved, working with artists to create their own STORIES OF THE SEA.
