Schools are already preparing for July's Alive and Kicking Festival. In conjunction with the Commonwealth Games Festival in Manchester, our theme will by "Spirit of Friendship" celebrating both local and commonwealth arts. The festival features arts and performance work by pupils from schools in the Barrow area. Exciting exhibitions and shows are developed with professional artists and are open to the public.
