To launch their residency at Dorchester Arts Centre Picot present digital text-video art works from Peter Atha. Peter's video works are quirky, humorous and accessible. The artist investigates how text and video interact and how the reader/viewer translates this when it is occurring in culturally familiar spaces. He has shown internationally, at the ICA in London and is the recipient of an Arts Admin bursary for digital art. Picot is a network for live and digital art in Dorset and is supported by A.L.I.A.S. Arts Council England.
