It's Carnival time again, so relax, let your hair down and be part of this year's event, which takes circus as its theme. Schools and community groups are invited to join the carnival team at workshops to create giant puppets, banners, masks and all manner of amazing and spectacular things and then take part in the Grand Parade. These workshops are Free and can also be booked into schools.
