A competitive festival of one act plays. One Acts are normally 35-55 minutes long with a cast of two or more. Drama, challenge and a unique chance to enjoy eight very different plays over three nights; this is a celebration of the joy of amateur production! Local teams and drama groups, hailing from any part of Ireland, will each present a one -act play and receive a short public adjudication on their performance. The Festival is affiliated to both the Association of Ulster Drama Festivals and the Amateur Drama Council of Ireland, so competing groups can qualify for both Ulster and All-Ireland Finals.
