This April, Sherman Cymru present SpringBoard, a brand new festival celebrating the best of Welsh talent and new writing for the theatre, from a whole host of emerging and established writers and artists. Including work from Gary Owen, Eddie Ladd, Alan Osbourne and Steffan. Cravos to name but a few, SpringBoard promises to be the event of the Spring. Highlights include a new play in development by Alan Harris based around the events of the Burberry factory closure in the Rhondda, an exciting collaboration between writer Tracy Harris and rock band Gindrinker, as well as the ScriptSlam 2008 Final and a special visit from cult new writing event Dirty Protest.
