Once again Alnwick International Music Festival presents a series of spectacular, colourful and dramatic performances in The Playhouse. A wide variety of entertainers from home and abroad are guaranteed to have audiences’ feet tapping as they perform cultural music and dance from their heritage. Amongst the groups anticipated to attend the festival this year are Bosnia, Canada, Ukraine, Czech Republic, France, Herzegovina, Mauritius, Slovakia, and Taiwan. Each concert throughout the week is absolutely unique with an individual flavour illustrating the spectacular variety of colour and spectacle that makes the festival so distinctive, building up to the final performances as the groups say farewell to the festival.
