A new take on Shakespeare's Tempest especially for children of 6-11. On a magical island, adrift in a mysterious ocean, Miranda is beginning to feel frustrated with her isolated life. Her father is a distant figure, brooding over a past life she knows nothing of, and more attentive to his other children - the sprite, Ariel and the lumpen monster Caliban. Suddenly a thunderstorm appears out of the bright blue sky, a ship wrecked on the rocks and life begins to get a bit more interesting!
