Details

There's skulduggery in the scullery, when the long suffering Foods, led by jovial Black Cherry Cake, revolt against the World's Worst Cook (as seen in Ready Steady Cook - honest). However, the Royal Mounted Army of Pots and Pans, under Major-General Sir Nonstycke-Frypanne, P.T.F.E., has other ideas. War is declared, hostages taken and rescued, secret weapons unleashed; and the Fairy Cake turns the entire audience into spies (no, not mince pies!). This is quality jollity, a slice of surreal theatre on the small scale, with highly original designs and a happy ending. Age 4+
