Herbert and Dorothy Fields (Annie Get Your Gun) alongside Cole Porter created one of his biggest hit shows. Written in 1944, the original starred Bobby Clark and June Havoc and was a hilariously uplifting musical about American Joe Balscom, a fifth rate racketeer who mistakenly becomes a Mexican hero. This completely forgotten hit will be seen here for the first time since its original production.
