Best mates, Danny and Billy, are on a quest to meet and confront the father Danny has never met, after receiving a cryptic invite to a rock & roll event where he is performing. Danny's father, John, considers himself a rock & roll artiste; a reckless rocker who loved and promptly left Danny's mum. On the night of the gig and planned reunion, Danny and Billy get far more than they had bargained for.
