The wealthy Anna Secova meets Vincent, a film director. She hands him a ripped piece of paper. She claims it is the first half of a magic tale her father wrote whist imprisoned by the KGB. A tale about a man who has the gift of flight and becomes a bird of Prey. Anna asks Vincent to make a film of this magical tale.
