A musical fable set in Petrovia, a city of made to measure coats, with its strange but all too human characters: the Commissioner for Criminal Tendencies with his drug habit, the rich wife with her bloody hatpin, the advocate with his own sense of justice and the disgraced tailor who longs to win back his stitching licence.
