The musical charts the progress of a bunch of young men and women in Preston in the 1960s, their hopes, aspirations, experiences, disappointments, tragedies and delights, many of which were to be found at the town's main nightclub, The Top Rank Suite. Played against a background of music of the time, the young people of today will recreate the youth of the most vibrant period of the last century as pop culture evolved from the boozy romance of Rock 'n' Roll to the psychedelic haze of Flower Power.
