User Review: 11Jan01: A truly awful evening orchestra and stage badly balanced, production unsubtle and gratuitously "in your face" and poor dramatic presentation. Thank goodness its Graham Vicks last outing - he has ruined one of my favourite operas forever as I will never again be able to see it beyond the self indulgent pretentious mess he served up.
