The Boar's Head is a dingy bar run by a father and his daughter, Rosalind, in the backstreets of London. Rosa is a lonely barmaid as she is constantly left in charge while her abusive father lounges drinking in front of the tv upstairs. She is observed by Wayne, a slobbish, drinker who frequents the bar, and Tom, a local businessman who visits each day because he has unwittingly fallen in love with her but is too shy to say. Rosa however is strangely attracted to Wayne because his manipulative nature and drunken behaviour is somewhat familiar. Therein lies a choice that if made hastily could have chilling consequences. The Boar's Head provides a glimpse into the tumultuous relationships of Tom, Wayne and Rosa, exploring the difference between love and lust and the price that is paid when you are forced to choose.
