Offenbach's Not in Front of the Waiter is a farce set in a Paris Restaurant in 1900. Samuel Barber's A Hand of Bridge lasts just nine minutes! The singers indulge in flights of fancy during play. In Susanna's Secret by Wolf Ferrari, Count Gil, a middle aged man, suspects his young bride of having a lover. The mute servant, Sante, helps Susanna to hide her 'secret' - a great comic surprise.
