When his numbers in the Persian Carpet Sweepstakes refuse to come up and he has no luck with the local camel races, landing his own cave of exotic treasures with a genie to boot seems like the answer to everything for work-shy Ali Baba. However the dastardly Chief Thief and his 39 assistants - who stole the loot in the first place - have other ideas and they have a deadly scheme to get their booty back. Will he out-wit them?
