When Dorothy and Toto find themselves in Oz after a cyclone, they travel to the Emerald City to ask the Wizard for help. Her house has killed the Wicked Witch of the East which pleases Nimmie who has been treated like Cinderella for too long, but angers her sister, the Wicked Witch of the West. Guided by Glinda, Dorothy is joined by the lion, Tatty the scarecrow and Nick who has been turned into tin. Can they get the help they need? Can they avoid the wicked witch? And can they do it without Nick's overprotective mother finding out?
