Have you ever noticed that Jack Frost is never present in the Panto? But, he always makes his presence felt. We know he sparkles. We know he glistens and we've all felt him here and there. We crank the heat, celebrate with colourful woolly clothes, sometimes he gets the better of us and snow falls, but then songs get sung and in special places fairy godmothers appear with men dressed as old women, women as principal boys, evil is overcome with chants and laughter. OH YES IT IS! What's Wrong with Jack Frost? is a panto combining the skills and enthusiasm of The Lemons (12-21year olds) and Va Va Voom Theatre (formerly the Tuesday Adult Drama a mixed learning and physically disabled theatre group) with support from youth musicians from our Music Development programmes. It is a heart warming, eye blurring Christmassy event with a passion for theatre and laughter. Come Grannies and Grandads, come Aunties and Uncles, come scout and brownies leaders, come Mams and Dads. Hey you can even bring the bairns!
