Ustinov and Macadam (aka Oscar Clementine and General Spanking) are on the run from the tax authorities in the Ukraine and various Russian oligarchs. They are hiding out in the Ustinov as they plan the next stage of their escape. Featuring world class clown performers, Brasilian lightweight boxing champion Tiago Gambogi and Jason Hird, winner of the Gold medal Bolshy Ballet 1977.
