Kevin, detesting and resenting his old life, simply walked across the country until he found a new one - in a decommissioned war bomber. He now wants for nothing - if he's hungry he kills a rabbit, if he's cold he forages for firewood. Simple. Uncomplicated. Just on the wrong side of desolate.
