All That is Solid Melts into Air
T0
All That is Solid Melts into Air is a monologue for theatre spaces by a smith. Using his trademark simple, informal and conversational performance style, the piece looks to consider the way we live today, contemplate the world a little, and think about how we might change it. It's a gentle meditation on existence, a plea for some humanity, a 45-minute break from what's happening outside. In May 2012 his new piece Commonwealth will be performed for the first time at GIFT: Gateshead International Festival of Theatre.
