A comedy, taking a sideways look at 'English Culture' and 'Heritage' when the village hall committee try to plan their millenniium celebrations. Most of the older members have died leaving the committee not quite sure how to go about organising the celebration. Important discussions, important decisions and can we get on? - Can we heck!
