A scared to go on, over the edge kind of Summer. The Summer the world turned upside down. And a dead girl lying on the beach...Blooded is a poetic, physically dynamic evocation of the rites of passage of five young women. Amy (Mouthy), Donna (Slag), Bernie (Fat), Lou (Quiet) and Tess (Freak) live on the edge of the inevitable during a summer when doing anything was better than doing nothing.
