Life. What's it all about? Sometimes it's about love, sometimes it's about laughter, sometimes it's about tears and heartache. Sometimes it's just about toast and where you can get it. The play has it all. Even toast. Robert has just woken up from his house warming party to discover he's agreed to let a complete stranger live with him, his best friend is handcuffed naked to a garden gnome and his brother Derek has just been deposited on his doorstep by his errant Mother, off on one of her round the world jaunts. All this, and he's yet to discover what someone has done to his toaster. Comic, gently surreal and very human, Broken Morning is a romantic comedy for people who have trouble with the whole romance thing.
