In the Breaker's Yard, between the crumbling tower blocks, teenagers Badge, Zee, Boff and Triss eke out a living at the market under the watchful eye of the City's Mayor. Scavenging and stealing, their lives are a stark contrast to the families on the other side of the City, where the rich families live. The two sides of the City exist side by side until Badge wins the chance to experience life from a position of privilege and wealth, and his life, and those of his friends', change forever.
