Desperate Times follows the life of an anonymous young queer man as he struggles to find his feet in his farming-focused hometown. After an incident involving a bully, he realises there is more to life than his family's farm and follows a newly made friend into the city for a night of fun and self-discovery. He soon discovers the world is far more complicated and intertwined with strangers and secrets.
