Don't Feed the Lions archiveTwo performers live on stage, literally. For seven days and seven nights they are not allowed to leave the stage. Until the very last performance they will rehearse continuously for the next night, and the next, with only one aim: survival. The audience may view the actors each night at 20:00. They will depend on the audience to bring them their food, water, costumes and props. Don't Feed the Lionsoffers the spectator a glimpse into a modern day post-disaster bunker. The two performers are subjected to regular experiments, mental torture and depend daily on the audience's donations for survival. The new objects donated by the audience are included in the ever-growing scenery and each night the plot changes to incorporate them. Like an ever-growing baby, the performance gets longer and older every night.
