Caroline Smith presents Eating Secrets. An Eating Secret can be fictional or factual, confessional, a proclamation, but the Informer will always remain anonymous. Mertle is the only witness. No names, no identities. This performance explores the intimate, fleeting and complicit exchanges between two people sharing a secret. Intriguing, bite-sized pieces of information are exchanged with Mertle. The exchanges are for - and are sealed with - a cake.
