Girl from Ipanema - Space, the final frontier?or is it? From award winning theatre maker Georgia Murphy comes an epic sci-fi adventure that questions the very meaning of life. Follow Nadjaska the hapless potato farmer-come-astronaut as she fails, falls and floats her way through outer space. Yes, there will be wormholes, yes there will be asteroids and yes?there will be? a giant human finger? Or a cardboard box, she hasn't decided yet. Many Years from Now - High Hearted Theatre are?Gemma?Kerr?and Marcelo Dos Santos.? In their work they explore the relationship between the performer, the audience, and the space the work happens in.? Insomniacs' Sleepover/Lonely_City/When We Died - T01014647668

Insomniacs' Sleepover - Most of us aren't very good at knowing what we want. But sometimes our bodies know before we do. Insomniacs' Sleepover is a one woman play about that. Told in rhyme. Award-winning poet and performer Amy Acre explores the truths that only come out at night, in a story about love, sex and sleep. Join her under the sheets for a nightscape of relaxation podcasts, sleep workshops and wet dreams. Before the sun rises, we'll have learnt how the amygdala works, to stop fighting ourselves and why love isn't always the answer. Lonely_City - Lonely_City combines live theatre and documentary film elements onstage. The piece investigates our modern loneliness epidemic by intertwining stories of people affected by loneliness with a healthy dose of sensitivity, humanity, and good humour. When We Died - She is a mortuary beautician. She loves her job and the short lived friendships and overblown back stories it allows her to form every day as she makes the deceased up, ready for their families to see them one last time. Until one day, a man she had no interest in ever seeing again becomes a client. He was a loving family man and died suddenly. He once sexually assaulted Her. When We Died is an entertaining, bordering on harrowing story that aims to explore the unimaginable suffering of just one of many victims of unreported sexual abuse and the seemingly impossible task of trying to come to terms with their experience in order to move on.Author Amy Acre (Insomniacs' Sleepover). Author Kluane Saunders (Lonely_City). Author Alexandra Donnachie (When We Died).

Harmony/Learning to Swim in the Abyss/Elephant & Castle - T848901622

Harmony - Harmony is award-winning spoken word artist Jemima Foxtrot's new poetry play. In Harmony, Jemima fuses poetry and song in her unique voice to explore the many conflicting identities that inhabit us all, how these identities grow from experience, how they clash and harmonise. Learning to Swim in the Abyss - An experiment in live-making and death. This is some work about death. Not the story about that person's funeral or the anecdote about this person's death, but the death we all live towards. Our own. Yours. Mine. This is not a show, not a scratch, not rehearsed, I am interested in seeing if it is possible to make live and mindfully, about death, in the room, in the moment. Elephant & Castle - For the last two years I have been recording myself sleeping. This is because I sleep talk. I also sleep walk, grind my teeth in my sleep and my wife has to calm me down. The smattering of recordings are the tip of the audio iceberg and will be the ingredients for my new show accompanied with a live soundtrack of vocals and guitar looped on my loop station. I will be collaborating with pianist and singer Lillian Henley, performer and composer with the 1927 Theatre Company. Writer and musician David Parkin will be Dramaturg. It is called Elephant & Castle because one of the first things I said to Lillian in my sleep was, "I want to get in a cupboard and take you to Elephant & Castle."Author Jemima Foxtrot (Harmony). Author Stella Duffy (Learning to Swim in the Abyss). Author Tom Adams (Elephant & Castle).

Formed through a series of theatrical experiments, Jon and Katy use improvisation to explore how a story can exist but the words can be set free and how not knowing is both the failure and the triumph of humankind. They will be working with musician Tom Adams on the show. Project2 presents a science (fiction) work in progress.
