England Swings is a commemoration of the joys and eccentricities of English life and culture from the Festival of Britain in 1951 to the Silver Jubilee in 1977. The show consists of Time of Our Lives unique mix of music, reminiscence and dance as well as comic sketches about the English way of life from boarding school to football. Also featured is the Time of Our Lives Skiffle group complete with washboard and tea chest bass! The show consists entirely of English music from Noel Coward to Punk via the Crooners, Rock and Roll, Merseybeat and Glam as well as the great musicals of Ivor Novello, Vivien Ellis, Gilbert and Sullivan, Lional Bart and Andrew Lloyd-Webber.
