How do you silence artists because their language is dangerous and offers a different and possibly opposing way of seeing the world? What is the price for freedom of expression? In the Stray Dog Cafe after the Revolution, a tribe of Russian musicians, artists and writers meet to perform, debate and fight for the need for fresh and radical forms to give voice to the new egalitarian age.
