Golem archiveAn exploration of the wonderful Jewish legend of the Golem of Prague, one of the 'German folktales' which must have inspired Mary Shelley's fevered fantasy, Frankenstein. The danger lies not in machine becoming more like man but in man becoming more like machine. Following the smash hit The Animals and Children took to the Streets, this UK premiere from 1927 is one of the most anticipated new shows of 2014. Blending stunningly original animation with entrancing music and live performance, Golem explores one of the great questions of the modern world - what happens when mankind and machines become inextricably intertwined?
