It's 1923. Inspector Spectre is fed up and down on his luck. He always seems to miss out on any new cases in the city, with another great detective always seeming to get there first! However, things dramatically change when a mystery woman visits his offices one day begging for help, offering him a case! This triggers a wild, hysterical and uproarious new adventure for the Inspector and his loyal sidekick, which catapults them on a journey across London and Paris, taking in a number of iconic landmarks on their way, in search of essential clues. During their quest, they meet a number of ludicrous, large than life characters who assist their investigations.
